The central motif features prehistoric rock carvings from Lake Onega (Onega petroglyphs). It depicts a hunter, a water bird, a sun motif, and a elk figure. The text FENNO-UGRIA is written along the lower left, and EESTI 2021 (Estonia 2021) is positioned along the upper right. The edge lettering reads EESTI O O (repeated upside-down).
